Sydneys first (and only) Shabu Shabu restaurant is introducing people to Japanese hotpot.
Hanasuki is the is Azabu Groups second restaurant in their TABERO collection. The Shabu Shabu or “Swish Swish” is the first Japanese hotpot in Sydney. We collaborated with Azabu to come up with a brand that reflected the the colours that come with shabu shabby, and the freshness of their produce (a lot of which comes from their own farms)
Taking inspiration from Japanese artists Takashi Murakami and Yayoi Kusama, we created a custom floral illustration system in-house, which reflects the fun, approachable and colourful energy that comes with communal shabu shabu dining.
